1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are meticulously packaged and shipped directly from our studio in Japan. We partner with premium carriers to ensure your crystals arrive safely:
- Carriers: Japan Post (EMS), DHL, or FedEx.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery:
- Asia: 5-7 business days
- USA/Canada/Europe: 7-14 business days
- Other Regions: 10-21 business days
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s official website.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)
For our international Summer community, please be aware of the following:
- Recipient’s Responsibility: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information before placing an order.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and return costs.
